Shipping & Returns


All orders are shipped within 3 business days via UPS, USPS or Canada Post. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped within 3 business days following the weekend or holiday.
Please allow 7 - 10 business days for delivery.

Shipping Address:

Please note that you are responsible for providing us with your correct address. In the event that an incorrect address or incorrect postal /zip code is provided, the shipment will be delayed; furthermore there will be an additional USD $6.00 fee that will be charged to your credit card upon notification by UPS/USPS. If your package is returned to us, there will be an additional freight charge to have it delivered again. Should you refuse the package, you will be billed a restocking fee of 30% plus the freight cost.

We do ship to APO/FPO addresses, then such shipments are subject to weight ,size, and content restrictions. If we cannot send your package to your APO/FPO address, we will contact you. APO/FPO shipments may be subject to additional shipping fees. If you will be charged any additional shipping, we will contact you to notify you of the fees and give you a chance to adjust your shipping address if you so desire.

Remote or hard-to-reach areas (example: Martha's Vineyard, etc.) may incur additional shipping fees. This applies to Free Shipping and regular shipping orders. If this is the case with your order, a Customer Service representative will contact you promptly to notify you of the additional charges.

If an item is shipped and returned because it is not deliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for shipping both ways. Orders for larger items that must ship freight require the shipping company to contact the customer prior to delivery. If the product is returned because the freight company could not reach the customer, this will be considered a return, and the order will be subject to our regular return policies.

Delivery Inspection:

Over 99% of deliveries have no external or internal damage, and are signed for without a problem. For your protection, we ask that you please inspect your packages following these guidelines:

Important! You have 3 business days to call us at 1-778-564-5442 to report any damage.

Standard Delivery:

If you authorize the freight company to leave freight without a signature, Grill Parts Gallery cannot be held liable for any damages or missing pieces.

Leaving a note is the same as signing for your products in good condition.


You may cancel any order without charge or penalty as long as the order has not been shipped yet. Any item that has already been shipped cannot be cancelled, and if returned, will be subject to the restock fee and shipping costs.

Return Policy:

What items are returnable?
You may return All items within 30 days of receipt for a full parts refund, provided they are in their original condition and packaging, and have not been installed.

Please follow this procedure:

Simply indicate the reason for the return. Please include a copy of the invoice with your return.If you want credit/exchange, we will issue credit or ship the new parts out via UPS ground service.

Please note all return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless it was a mistake on our end.

Do you charge a restocking fee?
Items returned within 90 days have no restocking fee

How will I receive refund?
We will send your refund for your return back to your original payment method.

Do you issue call tags?
We do not issue call tags, if you have a part which needs to be returned, you will need to take this to the post office and mail it back.
